Your login is unbanned. Don't forget that the 2nd chance is also the last one.
You should be able to make records again on all servers on which you can enter.

But it is possible that you still can't enter on some servers immediatly, because :
- i don't know when Xymph will update his global blacklist, it should be fast, at most few days. You will be able to check it on : http://www.gamers.org/tmf/dedimania_blacklist.txt (without forgetting to reload). Edit: it's done.
- As indicated in the 2 posts there http://dedimania.com/SITE/forum/viewtop … 1614#p1614 , once removed from the global list then it will disapear from the various servers blacklist (which use it) when these will be restarted, which can take few days/weeks depending on each server admin.

This is a selfish report about how a (probably) world record on a classic demo island track disappeared.

Login : _icyrus
Track : Infinity by Panis (10EnwERPBHgMNtkOCv4r3eqWgR7) .
Time : 40.39
Record date : around 2010-07-27 21:40:00 UTC
Server : eyebosislandparadise

Just before I drove 40.46 at 2010-07-27 21:31:09 UTC and it is still recorded in the database :

I saw the new record (40.39) on the dedimania panel on the screen after I drove it yesterday but this morning it has disappeared.

The same problem appends 5 days ago.

Hope it can highlight a more global issue.

The times are sent at the end of the map, so seeing it during the map is not a real indication. It would need the server script log to perhaps see if the script had a problem when sending times at the end...

These glitches happen occasionally, and as mentioned before, I scan for and delete them every other day, so no need to report them.

So what has happened here? Looking at various tracks on TMX where my server (PixelSport RPG) has the all the dedis, but they show up as the server "【џғ๏6า】.::StarTrac"

That's the point, it changed between the two server names mentioned for two days. Haven't seen it today (because I haven't checked today;))

You don't store things like handshake times or something for server logins? the first thing that I thought of was that somebody might be using my server account for their server..

Ok, the first one is definitely not mine. this is very wrong :\

Edit: So does this mean anything for Dedimania? Will one IP be invalid when the other is connected? I have hunted down the admin of their servers.. waiting for an answer

Looks like a steady trickle of records from you is getting stored, so I don't know what happened to the other ones, but there's nothing we can do about them. Perhaps that server (which login?) was having temporary problems.

Replays are irrelevant, this is an automated system. You cannot seriously expect Slig or myself to manually insert records into the system. We do have day jobs, ya' know.

That has absolutely nothing to do with it, we wouldn't do this for anybody. What do you think will happen if we do this once for you? You're not alone in the world, soon countless other players with ace replays on TMX will request to have their times copied to Dedimania too. We do not have the time for that.
Besides, Dedi is for records actually driven online, live, against other players - not for times perfected by repeating a track over and over in offline mode.
